We have the following means of payment:
– Cash on delivery, payment of the exact amount of the order to the courier (for purchases only within Greece with an additional charge of 2.50 euros, when the total amount of the order is below 50.00 euros)
– Credit/Debit/Prepaid card (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO) through Viva Wallet
– PayPal +€2.50
*All prices listed include 24% VAT, while www.topology.gr reserves the right to adjust prices without is obliged to inform the consumer public.
*Payments are made in Euros.
Topology jewelry is custom made for each order.
For this reason, we may need from 1 to 5 days for the shipment, depending on the workload and the complexity of the order.
INSIDE GREECE
Shipments within Attica are made with a delivery time of 1-2 working days from the shipment, while for the rest of the Greek network (land or island destinations) the delivery time ranges from 1-4 working days. All domestic shipments are made in cooperation with ACS.
The cost of simple shipping is €3.50, while the cash on delivery service has an additional cost of €2.50. For orders over €50, shipping and cash on delivery are free.
OUTSIDE GREECE
Shipments to foreign countries are made with DHL. Delivery time varies by destination as does cost. Cash on delivery service is not valid in foreign countries. Shipping is free when the order exceeds €150.
*Customers outside the European Union are subject to any delays that may arise from customs clearance, product restrictions and other local requirements for which our company is not responsible.
*In case of force majeure, the company does not assume responsibility for non-delivery of the product.
Topology provides the possibility to exchange a piece of jewelry for another, within 10 days from the date of receipt. A basic condition for the exchange is that the jewelry is in the same condition in which you receive it and that it has not been worn. Send the jewelry to be exchanged and the purchase receipt or exchange card to our laboratory after telephone consultation.
The company covers the following cases:
– Change (because you wish to change your selection)
In this case, after we receive the product and it meets the above conditions, you will receive by e-mail the discount coupon code of the same value of the jewelry you wish to exchange. Then you place a new order with the product you want and fill in the discount coupon code where you will be asked. Shipping costs for the entire process are your responsibility.
– Change (because you received the wrong order)
In this case, after we receive the product and it meets the above conditions, the correct order will be sent to you within 3 working days. For how to return the jewelry, contact us at +30210 6010250.
Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Gold plated silver jewelry requires special care to maintain its shine and prevent the gold plating from wearing off. Here are some tips for taking care of your gold plated silver jewelry:

Note: Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on your gold-plated silver jewelry, as they can damage the finish. Also, do not use a polishing cloth on gold-plated jewelry, as it can strip the gold layer.
And above all, all the methods we use to clean 925 Sterling Silver (such as bicarbonate or silver polish) are not suitable for gold plated jewelry. Although it is one of our most commonly used methods for cleaning silver, it can damage your gold plated jewelry.
- Replate when necessary:
If the gold plating on your jewelry begins to wear off, consider taking it to a professional jeweler to have it replated. This will help restore the shine and beauty of your gold plated silver jewelry.
